After several weeks of investigation, we believe issues with email deliverability from our site have been resolved. There was a change in filtering policies at many of the big email service providers (Google, Yahoo) that affected our site.
These should now be resolved however, you may still find messages delivered to your SPAM or Junk folders. This appears to be a byproduct of the issues we’ve experienced. You can resolve these, by marking the messages as ‘not spam’. Follow the instructions below for the more popular providers:
