Aspects
High Concept:
Le Diable Blanc
Lincoln is a clone of Remy Lebeau, born through ha surrogate mother of a family who wanted a child more than anything. But clearly, there are more cards at play that not even Lincoln knows about. Someone, or some people, want someone like Le Diable Blanc back.
Trouble:
Orders Are For Morons
Lincoln, thanks to his more carefree style of doing things, has a hard time taking orders. He often finds loopholes to avoid them and generally doesn't like it when people tell him what to do. It certainly makes his life as a SHIELD agent chaotic in more ways than one.
Trust No One
Lincoln finds it extremely difficult to trust people in his line of work. Because of that, he takes betrayals extremely hard and he will be quick to pull a Count of Monte Cristo on whoever double crossed him.
Skills
Stunts
Power Suite One: Molecular Acceleration
Lincoln can provide a kinetic charge to anything he can reasonably throw, either making anything from a small 'bang' to an explosion capable of wiping out the side of a building.
Power Breakdown
- Energy Blast - Make Shoot attacks with a range of up to 3 zones.
- Master Energy Blast - +2 Shoot when using energy blast.
Special Effects
- Area Attack - Attack everyone in a zone
- Extra Action - You can split your shifts between two different yet related actions adding a +1 to each action
Drawbacks
- Lots of Collateral Damage -Your blasts come with huge bursts of concussive force, which generate Lots of Collateral Damage. -
Collateral Damage
- Charged Shot - If you take a few seconds to concentrate, you can generate a blast with enough force to blow open the door to a bank vault, destroy a reinforced wall, or otherwise eradicate an obstacle. Of course, a blast this big is slow and imprecise. It’ll tear up the entire room.
Power Suite Two: Chaos
Only recently made aware to Lincoln, a power from his mother's side, Lincoln can cause serious chaos and even subtle shifts in reality with REALLY bad luck.
Power Breakdown
- Theme: Chaos Conduit (Mutant Only) - Your powers are accompanied by manifestations of chaos such as lights, minor fortean phenomena and similar.
- Realm Warp - Create advantages on the scene using Will to represent reality manipulations. Aspects like 'No Gravity' in a small area have Fair (+2) opposition. Larger or more complex effects have higher opposition.
Special Effects
- Area Attack - Attack everyone in a zone
- Inflict Condition - You add an aspect to the target which you can invoke once for free
Drawbacks
- Reality Kind of Hates You - You are a living, breathing contradiction to the fundamental laws that make our universe work the way it works. Consequently, Reality Kind of Hates You.
Collateral Damage
- No More - With a murmur of ‘No More’, you manipulate the laws of probability in your zone to make a single type of action impossible. Name a skill, no one may roll that skill in your zone. The action is simply not possible. Manipulating chance like this does tend to mess up probability in other ways as well, inevitably resulting in property damage or worse.
Power Suite Three: Genius
Lincoln is extremely intelligent, and often makes his own gear and armor. Not to mention, he invents technology for a living.
Power Breakdown
- Gadgeteering - +2 Crafts to build or repair complex devices. Know the general function of a machine just by looking at it.
- Master Gadgeteering - +2 Crafts when repairing or building complex devices.
- Super Intelligence - +2 Will when solving puzzles, riddles and similar. Answer complicated mathematical problems instantly.
- Taskmastery - +2 Attack rolls against anyone who has dealt you physical stress this conflict.
Special Effects
- Mental Recovery - You recover from all mental stress
- Extra Action - You can split your shifts between two different yet related actions adding a +1 to each action
Drawbacks
- You Think You’re Better than Everyone -Perhaps unsurprisingly, it’s sometimes difficult for the very brilliant to get along with the more normal. -
Collateral Damage
- Battle Plan - You can shout out a battle plan to give yourself and every ally in the scene the boost We’ve Planned for This. Unfortunately, doing so will give whomever you’re fighting a little insight into your tactics.
